How to remove a black collar?
I have a black ring around my neck and the un-balances the skin. I need a quick way to do it. I scrub and scrub, but becomes red then black again. Please and thanks.
You do not have it because they're dirty. Soap has nothing to do with it. It is a disease of the skin that some people of color to get (but not exclusively affected people of color only). Your best bet is to see a doctor about and get hyperpigmentation treatment in this way and to ensure there is no underlying disease that is originally there. You could, for example, have a skin condition called acanthosis nigricans (AN), which is usually physically harmless, but can be a symptom of something else.
